My Take: It's an essential read for young strength and conditioning coaches.  Coach Boyle outlines the recipe that he's crafted over the 30+ years of experience he's gained in pro sports, private sector and consulting.  He also teaches the basics that any good coach will need to know including: warmups, speed & change of direction training, explosive training, strength training and conditioning. You will learn how create your own recipes based off his exercise categories, exercise selection, program design, progressions/regressions. I believe that if you form the basis of your training from this book you'll be ahead of 80% of coaches out there. It will allow you to eventually build your own system off of it as you gain experience. MUST OWN.
